What the Fiddly Labs website collects and what happens when you email us.

This notice covers the Fiddly Labs company website. Fiddly Labs is operated in the United Kingdom by Piotr Sledzinski. You can contact us at hello@fiddlylabs.com.

Each product will have its own privacy information before it starts handling user data.

What this website collects

The public website is static. It does not require an account and does not use analytics, behavioural advertising, marketing cookies or embedded social-media trackers.

The hosting provider may process standard request information needed to deliver and protect the site, such as IP address, requested URL, browser information and timestamps.

If you email us, we receive the information in your message, your email address and any other contact details you choose to provide.

Why we use this information

We use website request information to deliver, secure and maintain the site. We use email information to answer enquiries, provide requested support and keep appropriate business records.

For these limited activities, we rely on our legitimate interests in operating and protecting the website, responding to people who contact us and maintaining the studio. Where an enquiry is about taking steps towards an agreement, processing may also be necessary to take those steps at your request.

Service providers and transfers

We use service providers for website hosting, security, email routing and email delivery. They process information only as needed to provide those services. We may also disclose information where the law requires it.

Some providers may process information outside the United Kingdom. Where that happens, we use the protections required by applicable data protection law.

We do not sell personal information.

How long we keep information

Hosting and security records are kept according to the provider’s operational retention periods. We keep correspondence only for as long as needed to answer the enquiry, provide support, maintain necessary business records or meet a legal obligation. The exact period depends on the nature of the conversation.

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you may ask us for access to your personal information, to correct it, erase it, restrict how it is used or provide it in a portable form.

You may object to processing based on legitimate interests.

To make a request, email hello@fiddlylabs.com. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.

Automated decisions

We do not use website or email information for automated decision-making or profiling.

Changes

We will update this notice if the website starts collecting or using information in a materially different way.
